"Our tribe has just moved forward leaps and bounds," Wilson stated, highlighting the positive impact of the ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds received from the federal government. She praised Chairman Gonzalez and the Council for their responsible stewardship of these resources, noting, "We're not reckless with it. We're using it to do good things and move our tribe forward."

He is looking for monies to help our tribe that we don't have to spend, that the government is helping us with," she explained.
